Who is Bi-Rite Home Appliances ?

It all started in 1989 with an appliance store in the small township of Caboolture, Queensland. Bi-Rite has now grown to over 100 shopfronts nationwide, servicing local communities through an independently owned and operated network of appliance stores. Embedded within the local community, Bi-Rite pride themselves on providing real advice at real prices.

Why can you offer such low prices ?

Quite simply we avoid all the costly overheads a typical JB HIFI, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman store incur. For example, we do not incur stock holding costs in terms of needing to hold large inventory levels and needing a large warehouse and floor staff. We do not need higher margins to recover these types of costs.

What products can I buy ?

We can supply almost any branded products such as Westinghouse, Electrolux, LG, Samsung, Fisher & Paykel, Kelvinator, Beko, Panasonic, Sharp as well as many more brands. Click on Brands on the Home page to see all our brands.

How long do I have to wait ?

Most goods are delivered within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends) after the goods are ordered. Our team will stay on top of your delivery and notify you when goods are ready to be delivered.

Do I still get a warranty ?

Yes. All products sold come with a standard manufacturer warranty period. The length of warranty period does vary depending who the supplier is. There is a minimum of 12 months warranty for electrical products. Also, consumers have guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law which may offer longer warranty periods.

What do I do if the product is faulty ?

Faulty products please call our 1300 192 820 or contact the Manufacturer for Warranty as per the warranty terms enclosed with your product.
